Alpha Bookkeeping Services handles all client information with the strictest confidentiality. We will under no circumstances make known any facts regarding your business or your employees to any third party without your written permission.
All information received from clients, and which is relevant to the work being done, will be kept for the period as laid down by law and will then be destroyed. This information will only be used by us to allow us to complete the task at hand.
All information is kept on a single laptop which is securely locked away in a safe when not in use. All back ups are made to two external hard drives, also locked in a safe when not in use. When information is deleted from the records it includes records kept on the back ups. No back ups are made to any cloud service.
All email addresses obtained by us due to your communication with us will be removed from our database after three months, unless you become a client. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
